Adding a F&B Package into a Proposal

To Add a Food & Beverage Package to a Proposal:

1. Click on "Proposals" in the main navigation menu.
2. Open the proposal to which you would like to add a Food & Beverage package.
3. Scroll down to the "Line Items" section and select the "Food & Beverage Packages" drop down menu.
4. To link a food & beverage package that is already associated with this event, select "Link to Food/Beverage Packages" and select any packages from the drop down menu. NOTE: this drop down menu will only display packages already linked to the event with which this proposal is associated. 5. To import a Food & Beverage package from a template, select "Import Food/Beverage Package Templates" and select any templates from the drop down menu. NOTE: for more about creating/editing Food & Beverage package templates, see Creating/Using Food-&-Beverage Package Templates.
