You can upload your organization's logo so that it will display in the following areas in your account:
- On the Home Page of your account for all Users to see.
- In the headers of all PDF documents downloaded from your account.
- In the headers of email notifications sent out from your account (see Customizing Email Headers)
- At the top of the screen when viewing Forms on-screen and on-screen credit card payment forms.
ANY LOGO FILE YOU UPLOAD MUST BE EITHER A PNG or JPG FILE. You cannot upload a GIF file or a PDF file of your logo (because a PDF is a document file, not an image file).
You can upload your logo via the Home Page or the Organization Logo function in the Settings area.
To Upload Your Logo via the Home Page:
- Find the logo/branding box at the top of the Home Page and click on the "+" symbol above the word "Logo".
- Click on the "Browse" button to find the logo file on your computer and follow the instructions to upload it. Your logo should upload shortly.
To Upload Your Logo via the Settings Area:
- Click on your name in the top left corner and select the "Settings" option.
- Under the "Look & Feel" heading, click on the "Organization Logo" link.
- Click on the "Browse" button to find the logo file on your computer and follow the instructions to upload it. Your logo should upload shortly.
To Change Your Logo:
- Click on your name in the top left corner and select the "Settings" option.
- Under the "Look & Feel" heading, click on the "Organization Logo" link.
- Click on the "Delete" button to remove the current logo.
- Click on the "Browse" button to find the logo file on your computer and follow the instructions to upload it. Your logo should upload shortly.
NOTE: Your logo file size cannot exceed 2.55MB. If it does, you will need to reduce the size of the image using an image/photo editing application (like Photoshop or Apple Photos).
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT LOGO SIZING: We recommend using a version of your logo that has a length-to-height ratio of 1:1 (square or circle) or 2:3 (thick rectangle) so that it displays properly throughout your account. Wide-and-short logos or tall-and-skinny logos will appear smaller and may not be as legible. FYI ... logos that are easiest to read and identify in any circumstance are based on the Golden Ration, which is a 1:1.6 ratio.
