To Create a New Tag:
- Click on your name in the top left corner and select the "Settings" option.
- Under the Administrative" heading, click on the "Tag Manager" link.
- Find the "Create New Tag" box; enter the name of the new Tag; select the color of the Tag; and click the "Save New Tag" button.
NOTE: For your convenience, in the main section dashboards for Events, Leads, Contacts, Proposals, Invoices and Contracts, there is a "Manage Tags" link that will take you immediately to the Tags management page in the Settings area. This way you can quickly add a Tag on the fly from those areas.
To Edit an Existing Tag:
- Click on your name in the top left corner and select the "Settings" option.
- Under the Administrative" heading, click on the "Tag Manager" link.
- Find the appropriate Tag and click on the "Edit" button next to it.
- Modify the Tag name and/or Tag color and click on the "Save" button.
To Delete an Existing Tag:
- Click on your name in the top left corner and select the "Settings" option.
- Under the Administrative" heading, click on the "Tag Manager" link.
- Find the appropriate Tag and click on the "Delete" button next to it.
- Confirm by clicking on the "Delete Now" button in the modal window.
