Creating/Managing Tags

To Create a New Tag:

  1. Click on your name in the top left corner and select the "Settings" option.
  2. Under the Administrative" heading, click on the "Tag Manager" link.
  3. Find the "Create New Tag" box; enter the name of the new Tag; select the color of the Tag; and click the "Save New Tag" button.

NOTE: For your convenience, in the main section dashboards for Events, Leads, Contacts, Proposals, Invoices and Contracts, there is a "Manage Tags" link that will take you immediately to the Tags management page in the Settings area. This way you can quickly add a Tag on the fly from those areas.

To Edit an Existing Tag:

  1. Click on your name in the top left corner and select the "Settings" option.
  2. Under the Administrative" heading, click on the "Tag Manager" link.
  3. Find the appropriate Tag and click on the "Edit" button next to it.
  4. Modify the Tag name and/or Tag color and click on the "Save" button.

To Delete an Existing Tag:

  1. Click on your name in the top left corner and select the "Settings" option.
  2. Under the Administrative" heading, click on the "Tag Manager" link.
  3. Find the appropriate Tag and click on the "Delete" button next to it.
  4. Confirm by clicking on the "Delete Now" button in the modal window.
