Exporting Contacts

You can export any combination of Contacts that are visible on your screen to a .csv file or to another application.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Only the contacts that are currently on-screen will be exported. To export all contacts, click "Show All" first. To export specific Contacts, use the Filter or Advanced Search features to first display the Contacts you wish to export.

To Export Contacts to a .CSV File:

1. Click on "Contacts" in the main navigation bar.
2. Click on the "Import/Export" button.
3. Under "Export", select "To a .CSV File".
4. Click "Continue". Your Contacts will be downloaded momentarily.

To Export Contacts to Another Application:

1. Click on "Contacts" in the main navigation bar.
2. Click on the "Import/Export" button.
3. Under "Export", select "To Other Applications".
4. Click the "Go" button to be taken to the "Settings / Connect to Other Applications Area".
5. If you have not yet connected to the application you wish to export Contacts into, click on the "Connect" button under that application's logo and follow the instructions.
6. Once you are connected to the application, under that application's logo, to the right of the "Export" heading, make sure the item "Planning Pod Contacts" is selected.
7. Click on the "Export" button and follow any additional instructions. Your Contacts will be uploaded to the other application momentarily.
