About Your Planning Pod Subscription, Package and Billing

When it comes to managing and viewing your subscription information, account package and billing information, the account owner (and other authorized users on your account) can access all this information by:

  1. Clicking on your name in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Selecting the "Account/Subscription" option.

In this area, you can do the following:

  • Subscribe to Planning Pod (if you are a trial user).
  • View the current Planning Pod package that you are subscribed to.
  • Change your Planning Pod package (upgrade or downgrade).
  • View the credit card that we have on file for billing you.
  • Add email addresses for those people who need to receive account receipts and other account billing information.
  • Change your billing credit card information.
  • View the past transactions on your account for your subscription.
  • Download receipts for past transactions on your account.
  • Cancel your subscription or put it on Hold.
