Tagging Events and Leads

To Tag an Event or Lead:

  1. Go to the appropriate section in the main navigation bar ("Events" or "Leads"); find the appropriate Event/Lead; and click on the Event/Lead.
  2. In the Event/Lead dashboard, find the left subnavigation box, click on the "Tags" option and click on the "Add Tags" button.
  3. Select one or more Tags from the dropdown menu to apply to the Event/Lead.
    • NOTE: This dropdown menu is searchable; to search, just click in the field and start typing.
  4. Click "Save" when you are finished.

To Remove a Tag From an Event or Lead:

  1. Go to the appropriate section in the main navigation bar ("Events" or "Leads"); find the appropriate Event/Lead; and click on the Event/Lead.
  2. In the left subnavigation box, click on the "Tags" option.
  3. Click on the "X" next to each of the Tags you wish to remove.
