Overview - How Do Venues and Spaces/Rooms Work

Using Planning Pod's venue management tools gives you the ability to add venue listings and the spaces/rooms within those venues to your account.

Once you enter that information, you can assign Venues and Spaces/Rooms to Events and Leads and add dates and times to those assignments. You can also track bookings for Venues and Spaces/Rooms in the Master Calendar, giving you a complete solution for tracking all Leads, Holds and Events for your event rooms/spaces.

In addition, you can also assign Floorplan templates to each of your Spaces/Rooms and automatically import those templates into your Events, saving you time when creating customized table layouts and seating arrangements for specific Spaces/Rooms.
