Running Reports on Venue Bookings

You can download a .csv report (comma-separated value) that provides a summary of venue space/room bookings in your account and details of each, including:

• Venue and space/room name
• Booking dates/times
• Event name and status
• Assigned contacts
• Tags

You can filter the results using the following parameters/variables:

• Date Range
• Event or Lead name/status
• Contact(s) assigned
• Tags

To Download the Venue Bookings Report:

1. Click on "Reports" in the main navigation bar.
2. Find and click on the "Venue Bookings Report" link.
3. Select the desired search parameters (see above).
4. A .csv file will download to your computer momentarily.

NOTE: You can open the downloaded .csv file in Microsoft Excel or Google Docs Sheets.
