Managing Event Webpage Status

With a single click, you can change whether an Event Webpage is online or offline ("online" meaning the site is live and active; "offline" meaning the site is not active and cannot be viewed on the Internet).

You may find this setting useful if you want to build an Event Website while in offline mode and then switch to online mode when you are finished building it and want attendees to begin viewing it.

NOTE: The "View Live Website" function will not work if the Event Website is in offline mode.

To Manage/Change Website Status:

1. Click on the "Event Website" tool button on the Event Dashboard - OR - use the Quick Launch tool to select the appropriate Event and the "Event Website" tool.
2. Find the "Website Status" area and click the "Change Website Status" button.
3. Select the desired status (online or offline) and click "Save".
