Video Tip - Go to the 2:06 mark of the video to view information on how to work with Worksheet Templates.
You can use Worksheets to collect and organize details for many areas of your event - transportation, entertainment, speakers, audio/visual, catering, decor, floral, sponsorships, photography/videography, volunteers, rentals, wedding parties and much more.
You can create Templates for these items (like the sample Worksheet Templates we have provided in all trial accounts) to simplify entering details.
To Create a New Worksheet Template from Scratch:
- Click on "Templates" in the main navigation bar and click on the "Worksheets Templates" link.
- Click on the "Add Template" button.
- Enter the Worksheet name and click "Save".
This brings you to the Worksheet Template details screen where you can:
- Edit/Add Template Details - Click on the "Edit Template" button; add and format your text; and click the "Save" button when finished.
- Rename the Template - Click on the "Rename Template" button; edit the name; and click "Save".
- Delete the Template - Click on the "Delete" button.
