Importing Contacts From Another Application

Planning Pod gives you the option to import Contacts directly from other applications, including:

• Google
• Salesforce
• MailChimp
• Constant Contact

To Import Contacts From Another Application:

1. Click on "Contacts" in the main navigation bar.
2. Click on the "Import/Export" button.
3. Under "Import", select "From Other Applications".
4. Click the "Go" button to be taken to the "Settings / Connect to Other Applications Area".
5. If you have not yet connected to the application you wish to import Contacts from, click on the "Connect" button under that application's logo and follow the instructions.
6. Once you are connected to the application, under that application's logo, to the right of the "Import" heading, make sure the item "Planning Pod Contacts" is selected.
7. Follow the instructions and select any Tags that you wish to apply to the Contacts you will be importing.
8. Click "Import Now" and your Contacts will upload momentarily.
