Tagging an Invoice

Video Tip - Go to the 2:06 mark of the video to view information on how to add Tags to Invoices.

By tagging Invoices, you can organize your Invoices into groups; conduct searches for these tagged Invoices; and run Invoice reports using Tags as a sorting parameter.

To Tag an Invoice:

  1. Use one of these three ways to access the Invoices tool:
    • Click on the "Invoices" tool button on the Event Dashboard.
    • Use the Quick Launch or Switch Event tool to select the appropriate Event and the "Invoices" tool.
    • Click on "Invoices" in the main navigation bar.
  2. Find the Invoice to which you want to add one or more Tags and click on it.
  3. Find the "Tags" area and click on the "Add" button.
  4. Click in the field to select one or more Tags to apply to the Invoice.
  5. Click "Save" when you are finished.

To Remove a Tag From an Invoice:

  1. In the Invoice Dashboard, find the "Tags" area and click on the "X" next to each of the Tags you wish to remove.
