This setting allows you to use a Google Analytics account to collect data (e.g., pageviews, visits, unique visitors, etc.) for each Event Website.
NOTE: In order to use this feature, you first must have a Google Analytics account and tracking ID. Click here to learn how to find your Google Analytics tracking ID (it should look something like this: UA-000000-01).
If you use this feature, we recommend you create a new property in your Google Analytics account to generate a new tracking ID for collecting data on your Event Website.
To Integrate a Google Analytics Account With an Event Website:
- Click on the "Event Website" tool button on the Event Dashboard - OR - use the Quick Launch tool to select the appropriate Event and the "Event Website" tool.
- Under the "Global Settings" box, find the "Google Analytics Integration" area and click on the "Edit" link.
- Add your Google Analytics Tracking ID and click "Save".
