Exporting the Attendee List

You can either export your Attendee List to a .csv file or to a Microsoft Word document for printing out name badges.

To Export the Attendee List to a .CSV File:
NOTE: This file will contain ALL attendee information, including contact details, RSVP statuses, meal choices and answers to customer questions for every attendee. You can open the downloaded .csv file using Microsoft Excel or Google Docs.

  1. Click on the "Attendee List" tool button on the Event Dashboard - OR - use the Quick Launch tool to select the appropriate Event and the "Attendee List" tool.
  2. Click on the "Export Attendees" button and select the "Export to .CSV File" option. The file will download to your computer momentarily.

NOTE: If you try to open the file on your computer and it does not automatically open into Microsoft Excel or a similiar spreadsheet program but instead opens into another program (like a text editor), then your computer uses a text editor by default to open .csv files. You will need to open the .csv file from within the Excel program by going to "File > Open".

To Export a File for Printing Name Badges:
NOTE: This lets you choose from a variety of Microsoft Word templates for standard Avery name badges. The downloaded file will be laid out for the Avery name badge number/dimensions that you select.

  1. Click on the "Attendee List" tool button on the Event Dashboard - OR - use the Quick Launch tool to select the appropriate Event and the "Attendee List" tool.
  2. Click on the "Export Attendees" button and select the "Generate Name Badges" option.
  3. Select the appropriate Avery name badge number/dimension; select the RSVP Pool that you wish to print out; and select the output option (name only, or name/title/company).
  4. Click "Generate Now" when you are finished. The file will download to your computer momentarily.
