Exporting the Attendee List

Video Tip - Go to the 1:35 mark of the video to view information on exporting attendee information.

NOTE: This article is for Events set up for collecting RSVPs. If you have set up your Event for selling tickets/collecting registrations, go to Ticketing & Registration.

You can export your Attendee List to a .csv or PDF file; to another application; or to a Microsoft Word document for printing out name badges.

To Export the Attendee List to a .CSV File:
NOTE: This file will contain ALL attendee information, including contact details, RSVP statuses, meal choices and answers to customer questions for every attendee. You can open the downloaded .csv file using Microsoft Excel or Google Docs.

  1. Click on the "Attendee List" tool button on the Event Dashboard - OR - use the Quick Launch or Switch Event tool to select the appropriate Event and the "Attendee List" tool.
  2. Click on the "Import/Export" button and select the "Export to .CSV File" option. The file will download to your computer momentarily.

NOTE: If you try to open the file on your computer and it does not automatically open into Microsoft Excel or a similiar spreadsheet program but instead opens into another program (like a text editor), then your computer uses a text editor by default to open .csv files. You will need to open the .csv file from within the Excel program by going to "File > Open".

To Export the Attendee List to a PDF File:
NOTE: This file will contain headcounts for each RSVP Event as well as RSVP status and meal choice of each attendee. It does not contain contact information or responses to custom questions.
