Adding/Managing an Itinerary Item

To Add an Itinerary Item:

  1. Click on the "Itinerary" tool button on the Event Dashboard - OR - use the Quick Launch tool to select the appropriate Event and the "Itinerary" tool.
  2. Click on the "Add Item" button.
  3. Enter the item name; date; start time and end time. In addition, you can assign the item to a category and a venue as well as add vendors and contacts, and you can add a note to the item.
    • NOTE: A Vendor, Contact or Venue must first be assigned to the Event (via the Event Dashboard) before you can add them to an Itinerary item.
  4. Click "Save" when you are finished.

To edit or delete an Itinerary item, find the item and click on the "Edit" or "Delete" button next to it.

You can also use the checkboxes next to Itinerary items to make mass modifications to multiple items at the same time. For example, you can change the date; shift times forward/backward; attach vendors/contacts; and change categories for multiple items at the same time.
