You and other users can add comments to each image uploaded to the Vision Board. In addition, when you post the comment, you can notify other Contacts via email regarding your new comment.
NOTE: You can only send notifications to Contacts who have been assigned to the Event.
To Add a Comment to an Image:
- Click on the "Vision Board" tool button on the Event Dashboard - OR - use the Quick Launch tool to select the appropriate Event and the "Vision Board" tool.
- Find the appropriate image and click on the "Post Comment" button below it.
- Add your comment and designate if you want other Contacts to be notified via email of your comment. Click "Save" when you are finished.
- Repeat to add comments to other images.
