Using Round Tables

To Add Round Tables:

  1. Click on the "Floorplans" tool button on the Event Dashboard - OR - use the Quick Launch or Switch Event tool to select the appropriate Event and the "Floorplans" tool.
  2. Find the appropriate Floorplan to which you want to add elements and click on it.
  3. On the Floorplan Dashboard, make sure the "Tools" tab in the left column is selected and scroll down to the "Seating & Trade Show" section.
  4. Click-and-hold on the round table icon and drag it to where you want to place it on the Floorplan palette (you can always move/adjust it later).
  5. A form will appear that lets you add:
    • Table name/number
    • Chair type
    • Table color
    • Table dimensions (diameter dimension for round table)
    • Service area dimension
    • Number of chairs around table
  6. Click "Save" when you are finished. You will be taken back to the Floorplan Dashboard where you can view and adjust the position of the table by dragging-and-dropping it.

To Edit a Round Table:

  1. Click on the appropriate table.
  2. An "Actions" menu will appear. Select the "Edit" option; make your changes; and click "Save".

To Duplicate a Round Table:

If you need to create one or more copies of a round table...

  1. Click on the appropriate table.
  2. An "Actions" menu will appear. Select the "Duplicate" option; using the dropdown menu, select the number of duplicate copies you need; and click the "Duplicate Now" button.
  3. The duplicated tables will be fanned out on top of each other so you can start dragging them to where you want to place them on the Floorplan palette.

To Delete a Round Table:

  1. Click on the appropriate table.
  2. An "Actions" menu will appear.
  3. Select the "Delete" option and confirm you wish to delete the element.
