You can download a variety of files directly inside each Floorplan's Dashboard, including:
- A Microsoft Word file for printing name badges for your attendees - The file is formatted and will output according to standard Avery badge sizes.
- A .csv file showing attendee information (that you can pull into spreadsheet programs like Excel or Google Docs), including table assignments and meal choices.
- A .csv file for all equipment added to your Floorplan.
To Download a Document File for Printing Name Badges:
- Click on the "Floorplans" tool button on the Event Dashboard - OR - use the Quick Launch or Switch Event tool to select the appropriate Event and the "Floorplans" tool.
- Find the appropriate Floorplan and click on it.
- Click on the "Export" button and select the "Generate Name Badges" option.
- Select the Avery name badge template you are using from the first dropdown menu.
- Select the output option (name only or name/title/company) from the second dropdown menu.
- Click "Generate Now" to download the file.
- Open the file in Microsoft Word or Google Docs to print out your name badges.
To Download a .CSV File of the Attendee List (including table assignments and meal choices):
- Click on the "Floorplans" tool button on the Event Dashboard - OR - use the Quick Launch or Switch Event tool to select the appropriate Event and the "Floorplans" tool.
- Find the appropriate floorplan and click on it.
- Click on the "Export" button and select the "Export Attendee List" option.
- The file will momentarily be downloaded to your computer.
To Download a .CSV File of the Floorplan Equipment List:
- Click on the "Floorplans" tool button on the Event Dashboard - OR - use the Quick Launch or Switch Event tool to select the appropriate Event and the "Floorplans" tool.
- Find the appropriate floorplan and click on it.
- Click on the "Export" button and select the "Export Equipment List" option.
- The file will momentarily be downloaded to your computer.
