The Home Page Dashboard gives you an overview of upcoming, waiting and overdue items as well as key account activities that you have permission to view or access. When you log in, you'll see this collaborative dashboard as your default. You can also customize your home dashboard to show personalized reports and information you need most. At any time you can switch your view to our default home dashboard.
The status notifications on the default Home Page Dashboard are placed into one of four categories:
- Key Activities
- Overdue Items
- Waiting Items
- Upcoming Items
These categories are arranged into four columns, and each column contains:
- A summary area at the top providing counts of the types of items appearing below.
- A status notification for each item with a corresponding "Action" dropdown that allows you to view details of the item; go to the tool/area where the item exists in your Planning Pod account; and/or take an action on the item directly from the dashboard.
You can show/hide specific types of items by clicking on the "Filter View" button at the top of the page and using the checkboxes to select which items you want displayed on your Home Page Dashboard.
Key Activities (Green)
This category displays noteworthy activities that have occurred in your account in the recent past.
You can set this category to display items that have occurred in the last 7 or 3 days or today.
By clicking on the "Actions" link next to the item's status notification, you have the ability to do one or more of the following (depending on the type of item):
- Go to the tool/area where the item exists in your Planning Pod account.
- View summary details that relate to the item.
The activities/items covered in this category include:
- Budget Payments
- Contract Signatures Collected
- Event Webpage Visits
- Floorplans Created
- Form Responses Collected
- Invoice Payments
- Itinerary Items Created
- Leads Captured
- Messages Sent
- Notes Created
- Proposal Signatures Collected
- Registration Attendees
- Registration Orders
- RSVPs Collected/Updated
- Time Tracking Entries
- To-Do's Completed
- Uploaded Files
- Vision Board Images Uploaded
- Worksheets Created
Overdue Items (Red)
This category displays items that are overdue or past their designated deadline date.
You can set this category to display items that have become overdue over the past 7, 14, 30, 60, 90 or 180 days as well as all overdue items regardless of time range.
By clicking on the "Actions" link next to the item's status notification, you have the ability to do one or more of the following (depending on the type of item):
- Go to the tool/area where the item exists in your Planning Pod account.
- Modify the item (for example, for To-Do's you can edit or delete the item or mark it as complete).
- Send a reminder email to contacts directing their attention to the item.
The activities/items covered in this category include:
- Budget Payments
- Expired Holds for Leads
- Invoices Due
- Invoice Scheduled Payments Due
- To-Do's
Waiting Items (Yellow)
This category displays items for which you are waiting for someone to provide data or complete a process.
You can set this category to display items for which you have waited for a response/action for the past 7, 14, 30, 60, 90 or 180 days as well as all waiting items regardless of time range.
By clicking on the "Actions" link next to the item's status notification, you have the ability to do one or more of the following (depending on the type of item):
- Go to the tool/area where the item exists in your Planning Pod account.
- Send a reminder email to contacts directing their attention to the item.
The activities/items covered in this category include:
- Contract Signatures
- Form Responses
- Message Drafts Not Sent
- Proposal Signatures
- Registration Orders Awaiting Payment
Upcoming Items (Blue)
This category displays items that have a date attached to them and are coming up in the near future.
You can set this category to display upcoming items over the next 3, 7, 14, 30 or 60 days as well as just today.
By clicking on the "Actions" link next to the item's status notification, you have the ability to do one or more of the following (depending on the type of item):
- Go to the tool/area where the item exists in your Planning Pod account.
- Modify the item (for example, for To-Do's you can edit or delete the item or mark it as complete).
- Send a reminder email to contacts directing their attention to the item.
The activities/items covered in this category include:
- Appointments
- Budget Payments
- Expiring Holds for Leads
- Invoices Due
- Invoice Scheduled Payments Due
- To-Do's
Account Branding
This area provides you with the ability to brand the home page with your organization's logo. You can manage this logo file in the Settings / Organization Logo area of your account.
