Managing Calendar Import/Export Options

Inside the Calendars tool, you can:

  • Connect your Planning Pod Calendar to another e-calendar so that your Planning Pod Calendar items appear in your other calendar. Using this feature will automatically add new calendar items from Planning Pod to your other e-calendar (refresh rates may vary depending on your e-calendar of choice).
    • Note that this is a one-way sync of your Planning Pod Calendar items to another e-calendar and WILL NOT pull your other e-calendar items into Planning Pod. All synced Planning Pod calendar items will be view-only in your other e-calendar.
    • This feature is compatible with most other e-calendars that support the iCal format, including Google, Apple and Yahoo.
  • Import calendar items from another e-calendar into your Planning Pod calendar via an .ics file.
    • Note that this is a one-time import of all the items in the .ics file and will not continually sync new items from your other e-calendar with Planning Pod.
  • Export calendar items from your Planning Pod calendar to another e-calendar via an .ics file.
    • Note that this is a one-time export of all the current items in your Planning Pod Calendar and will not continually sync new items from Planning Pod to your other e-calendar.
