You can create To-Do List Templates for to-do/task lists that you use frequently, saving you lots of time from having to re-create To-Do Lists that you use over and over again. Once you import a To-Do List Template into the To-Do's tool, you can modify the imported elements as well as add new ones.

NOTE: A key feature of the To-Do List Template is the ability to add the number of days before, after or on the Event date that you want each To-Do to be placed. This lets you instantly back out all your To-Do due dates from the Event date.
To Import a To-Do List Template:
- Click on the "To-Do's" tool button on the Event/Lead Dashboard - OR - use the Quick Launch or Switch Event tool to select the appropriate Event/Lead and the "To-Do's" tool.
- Click on the "Import/Export" button and select the "Import Template Into To-Do's" option.
- Select one or more To-Do List Templates from the dropdown menu and click "Save".
This imports all the items from the Template into the Event/Lead To-Do's tool, and you can start modifying those items as well as adding new ones. You can also use the To-Do's checkbox feature to make mass changes/modifications to the newly imported items (like assigning the To-Do's to Contacts, changing the due dates, etc.).
