Overview - How Do Worksheets Work

The Worksheets tool gives you a place to store all the little details for each segment or area of your event.

A Worksheet is basically a blank text area where you can maintain information pertaining to a certain category of your event, and you can also assign managers as well as vendors to each Worksheet.

Let's say, for example, you needed a place to store all the information pertaining to your transportation logistics and vehicle details. You could create a Worksheet called "Transportation" and then add all the many details you need to retain there as well as assign it to one of your Contacts to manage as well as associate your transportation vendors to the Worksheet.

You can also build Worksheet Templates with basic details/information that you can import into new Events and modify based on that Event's needs. We have already built over a dozen Worksheet Templates to get you started, which include Worksheets for managing:
