Adding/Managing Worksheets

Video Tip - Go to the 0:23 mark of the video to view information on how to add and manage a Worksheet.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Want to paste text from a document into Planning Pod? Read these copy-and-paste instructions first.

To Add a Worksheet:

  1. Click on the "Worksheets" tool button on the Event Dashboard - OR - use the Quick Launch or Switch Event tool to select the appropriate Event and the "Worksheets" tool.
  2. Click on the "Add Worksheet" button; add the name of the Worksheet; and click "Save."
  3. This takes you to the Worksheet details screen where you can:
    • Add information/details to the Worksheet by clicking on the "Edit" button.
    • Associate vendors with the Worksheet by finding the "Associated Vendors" box and clicking on the "Edit" button.
    • Assign Contacts to manage the Worksheet by finding the "Worksheet Managers" box and clicking on the "Edit" button.

To Edit a Worksheet:

  1. Click on the "Worksheets" tool button on the Event Dashboard - OR - use the Quick Launch or Switch Event tool to select the appropriate Event and the "Worksheets" tool.
  2. Find the Worksheet you want to edit/manage and click on it.
  3. Click on the "Edit" button to edit information in the Worksheet.

To Rename a Worksheet:

  1. Click on the "Worksheets" tool button on the Event Dashboard - OR - use the Quick Launch or Switch Event tool to select the appropriate Event and the "Worksheets" tool.
  2. Find the Worksheet you want to rename and click on it.
  3. Click on the pencil icon next to the name; edit the name; and click "Save".

To Download a PDF File of a Worksheet:

  1. Click on the "Worksheets" tool button on the Event Dashboard - OR - use the Quick Launch or Switch Event tool to select the appropriate Event and the "Worksheets" tool.
  2. Find the Worksheet you want to download and click on it.
  3. Click on the "PDF" button.

To Delete a Worksheet:

  1. Click on the "Worksheets" tool button on the Event Dashboard - OR - use the Quick Launch or Switch Event tool to select the appropriate Event and the "Worksheets" tool.
  2. Find the Worksheet you want to delete and click on it.
  3. Click on the "Delete" button.
