You can create Worksheet Templates for saving categories of details that you use frequently, which can save you lots of time from having to re-create this in the future. Once you import a Worksheet Template into a new Worksheet, you can modify the imported elements as well as add new ones.
NOTE: We have already added 18 pre-built Worksheet Templates for you on a variety of topics, including audio/visual, renals, transportation and more. You can modify these as well as add your own.
To Import a Worksheet Template:
- Click on the "Worksheets" tool button on the Event Dashboard - OR - use the Quick Launch or Switch Event tool to select the appropriate Event and the "Worksheets" tool.
- Click on the "Import/Export" button and select the "Import Template as New Worksheet" option.
- Select the Worksheet Template from the dropdown menu and click "Save".
This imports all the details from the Template into a new Worksheet, and you can start modifying those details as well as adding new ones.
