You can create Checklist Templates for saving checklists that you use frequently, saving you time from having to recreate the same list for your new Events. Once you import a Checklist Template into a new Checklist, you can modify the imported elements as well as add new ones.
NOTE: We have already added 5 pre-built Checklist Templates to get you started. You can modify these as well as add your own.
To Import a Checklist Template:
- Click on the "Checklists" tool button on the Event Dashboard - OR - use the Quick Launch or Switch Event tool to select the appropriate Event and the "Checklists" tool.
- Click on the "Import/Export" button and select the "Import Template as New Checklist" option.
- Select the Checklist Template from the dropdown menu and click "Save".
This imports all the items from the Template into a new Checklist, and you can start modifying those items as well as adding new ones.
