Importing a Checklist Template

You can create Checklist Templates for saving checklists that you use frequently, saving you time from having to recreate the same list for your new Events. Once you import a Checklist Template into a new Checklist, you can modify the imported elements as well as add new ones.

NOTE: We have already added 5 pre-built Checklist Templates to get you started. You can modify these as well as add your own.

To Import a Checklist Template:

  1. Click on the "Checklists" tool button on the Event Dashboard - OR - use the Quick Launch or Switch Event tool to select the appropriate Event and the "Checklists" tool.
  2. Click on the "Import/Export" button and select the "Import Template as New Checklist" option.
  3. Select the Checklist Template from the dropdown menu and click "Save".

This imports all the items from the Template into a new Checklist, and you can start modifying those items as well as adding new ones.
