Downloading Attendee Lists and Name Badges for Registered Attendees

NOTE: This article is for Events set up for Ticketing/Registration. If you have set up your Event for Collecting RSVPs, go to RSVP Collection.

To Download Printable List of Registered Attendees:

  1. Click on the "Attendee List" tool button on the Event Dashboard - OR - use the Quick Launch or Switch Event tool to select the appropriate Event and the "Attendee List" tool.
  2. Click on the "Export Attendees" button and select the type of file you wish to download: PDF or .csv
    • For PDF, check on the ticket status(es) that you want included in the file and if you want custom questions responses included (opting for this may increase the size of the file); then click "Generate PDF".

NOTE: You can open the .csv file in either Microsoft Excel or Google Docs and then sort/manipulate the data in that file.

To Download a Printable Name Badge File:

NOTE: This will let you specify an Avery template and then provide you with a Microsoft Word file that you can use to print to that template.

  1. Click on the "Attendee List" tool button on the Event Dashboard - OR - use the Quick Launch or Switch Event tool to select the appropriate Event and the "Attendee List" tool.
  2. Click on the "Name Badges" button.
  3. Select your preferred Avery name badge template and then an output option (name only vs. name/title/company); then click "Generate Now". A Microsoft Word template will be downloaded momentarily.
