Viewing/Managing Individual Registration/Ticket Orders

In the Orders tool, you can view and manage individual Registration/Ticket Orders placed by ticket buyers.

To View/Manage Information for an Individual Order:

  1. Click on the "Orders/Ticket Sales" tool button on the Event Dashboard - OR - use the Quick Launch or Switch Event tool to select the appropriate Event and the "Orders/Ticket Sales" tool.
  2. Find the Order in the list or search/filter for the Order by first or last name of the ticket buyer, order number, date, payment status or amount.
  3. When you find the Order, click on it. This takes you to the Order details page, where you can:
    • View the entire order information.
    • Click the "Refund" button to refund the order (if applicable).
    • Click the "Resend Confirmation Email" button to resend the confirmation email to the ticket buyer (email will include PDF files of tickets).
    • View each ticketed attendee on the order. By clicking on the "Actions" button next to each attendee's name, you can:
      • Download the ticket for the attendee.
      • View the attendee's information.
