Managing Emails in Batches with Checkboxes

You can use the checkbox feature (at the far left of each email message) to make changes to multiple messages at the same time.

You can either click on the checkbox at the top left of the Communications tool (next to the "Inbox" title) to select all messages on the page, or you can click on one or more checkboxes next to the email messages to make the same change to select items.

For example, you can click on the checkboxes for one or more items to:

  1. Click on the "Communications" tool button on the Event/Lead Dashboard - OR - click on Communications from the main navigation menu.
  2. Click on one or more checkboxes next to the appropriate email messages.
  3. In the "Available Actions" menu that appears, select the function you want to perform on these items and follow the instructions.
