Sharing & Downloading Food & Beverage Package Menus

Once you have added Food-&-Beverage Packages to an Event, you can share those details with other contacts (staff, clients, vendors, etc.) in three ways.

To Download Printable PDFs of Food-&-Beverage Packages:

  1. On the Event Dashboard, find the "Food-&-Beverage" tool and click on it.
  2. Find and click on the relevant Package.
  3. Click the "PDF" button at the top of the page. The PDF will download momentarily.

To Email Food-&-Beverage Package PDFs Through the Communications Tool:

  1. On the Event Dashboard, find the "Communications" tool and click on it.
  2. Click "Compose" to create a new message and, below the email text editor field in the "Available Files/PDF'S..." area, add the relevant Food & Beverage Package PDFs by clicking the appropriate check boxes. This will attach the Package PDFs to the email.

To Share a URL of a Food-&-Beverage Package Menu for People to View On-Screen:
NOTE: This lets you copy-and-paste a URL that you can share with other people (prospects, clients, etc.) so they can view on-screen all the Food-&-Beverage Packages for an Event. This does not give them access to your account; it only gives them a Read-Only display of all the Packages for the Event.

  1. On the Event Dashboard, find the "Food-&-Beverage" tool and click on it.
  2. Copy the "Share URL" displayed at the top of the page.
  3. Paste this URL where appropriate (like in an email message) so you can share it with those who need to view the Packages.
