The Client Portal offers an alternative way to manage multiple documents in a single location for your clients. Whether you are collecting a signature on a Contract, Proposal or BEO the client can receive these for review and signature via email and in their Portal.
Here's how it works:
Proposals
- A proposal will appear in the client portal when the client is assigned and/or added as a signer in Planning Pod and you send the proposal for signature.
- Your client will receive an email asking them to sign in to review/sign
- An "Action Required" indicator will show up in the client portal asking them to review and sign.
- A PDF of the completed Proposal will show up in the portal for them to review as needed.
Contracts:
- A Contract will appear in the client portal when the client is added as a signer in Planning Pod and you send send to collect signature.
- Your client will receive an email asking them to sign in to review/sign
- An "Action Required" indicator will show up in the client portal asking them to review and sign.
- A PDF of the completed contract will show up in the portal for them to review as needed.
BEOs:
- A BEO will appear in the client portal as soon as they have an active event with a BEO. You must add the client as a signer to the BEO to require a signature or it will only be available for review (with no signature).
- Your client will receive an email asking them to sign in to review/sign
- An "Action Required" indicator will show up in the client portal asking them to review and sign.
- The BEO will show up in the portal for them to review as needed.
