You've spent time perfecting your Lead Capture Form for your Website and now that it's in use, you wonder... where are the answers to my questions? This resource is here to help answer that question for ya!
If you are interested in learning more about setting up your Lead Capture Form, please check out this video to walk through the steps. If you aren't utilizing our Lead Capture Form, we highly recommend you take advantage of it as it can save you time! Create your form, embed it your website or share the URL link, and watch the leads filter in!
My form is set up and in use! Where can I find those answers?
When a Lead comes into your account from your form, you'll find the answers in 2 spots- the lead dashboard and the Notes tool.
Find your answers to these items on the Lead Dashboard:
- Event Name, Date, Time - at the top of screen
- Alternative Event date - at the top right of screen
- Lead source, Event type, Budget, headcount, tags - in the "Status" panel
- Scheduled Tour date - on the lead calendar and in main calendar
- Assigned contacts, additional contacts - in the Contact section of "Contact/Vendors/Venues"
- Assigned Venue date and time (Can be different than event date/time) - in the Venue section of "Contact/Vendors/Venues"
Find your answers to any custom questions in your Notes tool:
- When in the Lead dashboard, find the notes tool in the Tools panel
- If you aren't seeing "Notes" be sure to select the "Hidden Tools" in case the tool has been moved there.
- Once in the notes tool, you'll see a note labeled "Lead Capture Q/A" Find all answers there!
