When it comes to downloading Proposal and Invoice PDFs, you have the option to hide or show all columns you see on the screen. The Show/Hide settings allow you to customize the columns shown on screen and in a PDF.
- You can update the settings within the Proposal/Invoice to show the unit cost on your PDFs. You'll want to view the show/hide button in the Line Item panel for your individual Proposals and Invoices- you might need to enable that setting (The unit cost is tied to the markup/discount).
- You'll need to look at this setting for all current invoices and proposals you are sending out!
Want to change the default settings?
There's also another setting in your system to update the default view for all new Proposal/Invoices moving forward! This setting will not update your currently made Proposals and Invoices, but will reflect for all new ones moving forward!
