To Generate Reports on Leads:
- Click on "Reports" in the main navigation menu on the left side of your screen.
- Scroll to the "Leads" heading.
- There are 3 different types of lead reports you can generate from your Planning Pod account:
- Leads Detailed Overview Report
- Leads Won Summary Report
- Leads Lost Summary Report
- Click on any of those links to run the corresponding report.
Leads Detailed Overview Report
This report includes the most detailed information available to you regarding all leads in your account. In this report, you have the option to filter by:
- Time frame
- Lead status
- Assigned contacts
- Tags
- Sales pipeline step
- Lead source
This link will generate a report with a summary of revenue, lead sources, number of leads won/lost (as well as number of leads total), and all details associated with all leads in the system. When you hit "Run Report", a .CSV file including the following information will generate:
- Lead names
- Lead sources
- Current pipeline step
- Pipeline step when lost (for leads that were lost only)
- Potential, Actual, and Lost Revenue
- Start and end dates/times
- Date/Time lead was captured
- Date/Time lead was converted to a booking (for leads that converted to bookings only)
- Date/Time/Reason lead was closed (for leads that were lost only)
- Date/Time hold will expire (for leads on hold only)
- Assigned contacts
- Tags
- Custom questions/notes
Leads Won Summary Report
This report provides an overview of details pertaining to leads successfully converted to bookings. In this report, you have the option to filter by:
- Time frame
- Lead name
- Tags
- Lead source
This link will generate a report with a summary of revenue, lead sources, number of leads won, and information about when the leads were captured and converted to bookings. When you hit "Run Report", a .CSV file including the following information will generate:
- Lead names
- Lead sources
- Potential and Actual revenue
- Date lead was capture
- Date lead was converted into booked event
- Tags
Leads Lost Summary Report
This report provides an overview of details pertaining to leads that did not successfully convert to bookings. In this report, you have the option to filter by:
- Time frame
- Lead name
- Tags
- Lead Source
This link will generate a report with a summary of revenue lost, lead sources, and sales pipeline step when leads were lost. When you hit "Run Report", a .CSV file including the following information will generate:
- Lead name
- Lead status
- Lead source
- Sales Pipeline step when lost
- Lost revenue
- Date captured
- Date closed and reason for closure
- Tags
