You can share any lead capture form in Planning Pod with your prospective clients in two different ways.
To Share a Lead Capture Form with a URL
- Log into your Planning Pod account.
- Click on your name in the main menu > Settings.
- Under the Lead Management heading, select "Lead Capture Forms".
- Click to open the form you intend to share/embed.
- Click on "Share URL" and use the generated link to share your form.
NOTE: Formatting elements such as text font/color/size, background color, and field corner style will NOT appear in the shared URL version of the form. These elements apply only to embeddable form design. To see more about embeddable form design, see Lead Capture Setup: Embeddable Form Design.
To Embed a Lead Capture Form on your Website
- Log into your Planning Pod account.
- Click on your name in the main menu > Settings.
- Under the Lead Management heading, select "Lead Capture Forms".
- Click to open the form you intend to share/embed.
- Click on "Website Embed Code" >
NOTE: When a lead capture form is removed/deleted from your Planning Pod account, it is also automatically removed from any web page on which it is already embedded.
